Please be advised that the directors of Mendota Mutual Ins. Co. have decided to not increase our rates for 4-1-21 to 4-1-22.

Inflation factor will remain at 2%

Policy Fee will increase to $30.00, effective 4-01-2021.

We are working on securing a contract for service line protection, which we would also take the equipment breakdown coverage.

I will let you when we get this coverage secured.

On the change request, please make sure you review the change request effective date, as this defaults to the current date.
